Fabric Recommendations:
Choose a medium weight knit fabric with approximately 50% of stretch. Make sure the fabric you use is a soft, reasonably drapey and loose knit, for example a soft cotton knit or a light sweatshirt fabric. Be sure to also choose a knit interfacing with approximately the same stretch percent as your main fabric.

Sweater: 195 – 220 cm (2 1/8 – 2 3/8 yd)
Dress: 255 – 305 cm (2 3/4 – 3 3/8 yd)
115 cm / 45″ wide fabric:
Sweater: 205 – 295 cm (2 1/4 – 3 1/4 yd)
Dress: 300 – 410 cm (3 1/4 – 4 1/2 yd)
Note: For patterned or napped fabrics, the fabric requirement may be higher.
