Fusible knit interfacing for the elastic casing, 10 cm (4”)
2 cm (3/4”) elastic, your waist circumference

Fabric Recommendations:
Pick a light to medium weight knit fabric with 40 - 50% stretch. You can choose a drapey fabric, such as a viscose jersey, or a low drape one, like an interlock knit. If your fabric is light, interface the ties with a knit interfacing.
